As soon as we receive your order, Alliance Building Solutions will begin ordering your products, carefully following the specifications set out in the survey. When your products are complete, we will arrange to install them at a time that is most convenient to you. Our expert team of fitters will work expediently to install your improvements with precision and care.

You may make a deposit before work begins and pay the balance when the installation is complete. We also offer a number of budget-friendly funding options to make paying for your improvements easier.

Your installation will be carried out with minimal disruption. Our team of experienced fitters will take great care to protect your home from dust, debris and draughts while they work. You can rest assured that we will leave your home clean and tidy—and we’ll contact you afterwards to make sure you’re happy with the results.

Depending on the height of your roofline, we may need to use scaffolding to carry out the installation in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. The surveyor will assess the need for scaffolding and we will handle all details involved in setting it up if it is required.

We are fully licensed and equipped to deal with asbestos. Any harmful asbestos found will be safely removed and properly disposed before we begin work on your improvements.

Yes, they do. All of our Roofline products are accompanied by a ten year guarantee.

It is a good practice to have your gutters cleaned at least twice a year; once in the spring and again in late Autumn.  If your home is surrounded by trees, your gutters may need more frequent cleaning. An occasional cleaning with warm, soapy water should take care of most types of dirt build-up on UPVC surfaces.
